We currently ship to the following locations:

  • United States: All 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
  • U.S. Territories: Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
  • Military Addresses: APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. However, we are actively working to expand our shipping capabilities.


2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer several shipping options to cater to your needs:

Standard Shipping:

  • Delivery Time: 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Available for all eligible destinations.

Expedited Shipping:

  • Delivery Time: 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Recommended for faster delivery at an additional cost.

Overnight Shipping:

  • Delivery Time: 1 business day (orders must be placed before 12 PM EST).
  • Available for select locations with additional fees.

Order Processing Time:

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the following factors:

  • The shipping method selected.
  • The weight and dimensions of the package.
  • The destination address.

Free Shipping Offer:

Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $75 (after discounts and before taxes).

If your order does not qualify for free shipping, the exact cost will be displayed during checkout.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your package.

  • You can track your order directly on the carrier’s website.

5. Delivery Issues

We strive for timely and accurate deliveries, but unforeseen issues may occasionally arise. If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.

  • Lost Packages: If tracking indicates “delivered” but you have not received your package, notify us within 48 hours. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
  • Damaged Items: If your package arrives damaged, please provide photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

6. Address Changes and Corrections

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address during checkout.

  • If you need to update your address, contact us immediately after placing your order.
  • Once your order has been shipped, address changes are no longer possible.

Packages returned to us due to an incorrect address may incur additional shipping fees for re-delivery.


7. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, refusal of delivery, or other issues, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping costs may apply.


8. Delivery to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO Addresses

We gladly deliver to P.O. boxes and military addresses. Please note that:

  • Delivery times may be slightly longer for these addresses.
  • Overnight and expedited shipping are not available for P.O. boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
